According to the Board, the approved program meets the demands of business and needs and the type of labor supply of each of the 45 territorial areas that make up the service network of the Ministry of Employment. Collective
priority will also be given priority to groups with special difficulties in finding work as women, youth, long-term unemployed, ethnic minorities or groups at risk of exclusion. In terms of programming for active workers, is scheduled to be held 5,004 training activities that will benefit 102,284 students, both employees and self-employed and workers in social economy. However, establishing a priority for employees in SMEs in all sectors, over 45 years and people with disabilities and low qualifications. In this case, the Board will fund the collaborating institutions with a total of 57.3 million euros
(22.6 for CEA, 17.4 for UGT-A and 17.2 CCOO-A). Among the highlights scheduled courses on renewable energy and energy efficiency , risk prevention and first aid, care psicosanitaria disability, food quality and mediation, and resolution of disputes.
